The traditional Japanese art form origami inspired the German designer Robin Scholtysik to develop the ORU collection for blomus. What began with the design of a filigree and sculptural side table has evolved into a complete and functional furniture collection.

The ORU bench combines modern design with outstanding comfort. Its base is made of the same thin steel as the coffee tables, creating a uniform look.
Thanks to its clean, minimalist lines, the bench can be used in a variety of ways - whether in the entrance area, as additional seating in the living room or at the foot of a bed.
