Menba is an elegant, flat-weaved upholstery textile made from 100% polyethylene terephthalate, a sustainable material sourced from recycled plastic

(PET) bottles processed in a way that uses only a fraction of the water and energy needed to produce conventional fabrics. This Oeko-tex®-certified textile

is strong, soft to the touch and exceptionally durable. It has all the credentials that quality upholstery fabrics require.

Pagina is a 100% polyester, flat-woven upholstery textile with a tone-in-tone look and a soft non-woven backing that complements the overall fabric. Pagina is visually appealing and has an inviting touch. It can easily be used for any chair or sofa, and can be combined with other fabrics in numerous ways. Pagina is Oeko-tex®-certified. Mura is a 100% polyester, flat-woven upholstery textile with numerous practical properties: it’s water-repellent, impervious to discoloration, and is proven  to stand the test of time. Socia is a multicoloured, bouclé upholstery textile – voluminous and soft, with a rough and modern look. It is made from 100% recycled polypropylene  sourced from remnants of diapers and masks production. Socia is Oeko-tex®-certified and is suitable for all types of upholstery, so it can be applied  widely, as loose covers and on tightly-fitted furniture. The blomus selection comprises four colours: Beige, Desert, Shitake, and Taupe.

Boucla is a heavyweight bouclé fabric which, with the addition of viscose, is soft and pleasant to the touch. The bouclé fabric has low liquid absorption,  which makes it a perfect upholstery choice because it’s easy to clean.  Boucla is Oeko-tex®-certified and is finished with a treatment to prevent ingress of damp and dirt. Reflect is a sophisticated twill weave upholstery textile designed by Patricia Urquiola and made from recycled polyester, with a natural expression and a  particularly tactile touch. Unusual for a textile crafted from recycled fibres, Reflect has a particularly delicate and soft touch. Woollen upholstery textile Atlas is designed by Danish designer and colour expert Margrethe Odgaard. It was created to deliver a pioneering melange look that complements the existing melanges in the Kvadrat collection. This was achieved through a construction that unites two different-coloured yarns – each of which combines two colours – in the warp and the weft. With Atlas, unlike other melanges, the colours are not blended in the fibres. Instead, they are expressed, pattern-like, through the structure of the material.  As a result, the textile offers exceptional colour intensity and intricate colour details. Atlas carries the EU Ecolabel and is Greenguard-certified.  The new furniture collection is available in four colours curated by blomus.

Crafted using 45% recycled wool, Re-wool is a rich upholstery textile with a sustainable profile. The textile is partly made by reusing scraps from Kvadrat’s  yarn spinners in the UK. It was created by Danish designer and colour expert Margrethe Odgaard. Reminiscent of colourful stitchings on a darker background, Re-wool features exceptional depth of colour, creating a dynamic play on the textile’s surface when applied to furniture. Re-wool carries the EU Ecolabel and is Greenguard-certified.  The new furniture collection is available in four colours curated by blomus.

A matt melange bouclé with an elegant sheen, Ecriture upholsters beautifully with an organic rich texture and a cosy comfortable feel. Made with a dobby  loom, the fabric combines shiny, matt and chenille yarns to create a surface reminiscent of grains of rice with speckles from the shiny warp yarn. Between the two  knitted layers of the textile is a polyester filling, creating volume, while the use of predominantly wool in the textile’s knitted top layer provides a natural,  dry feel. Each of the textile’s colourways is constructed from two differently coloured yarns that unite to form a soft, subtle melange. Uniform Melange has the Greenguard certification.
