Voucher Conditions

The following conditions apply to all vouchers (purchase and gift vouchers) and coupons (as part of discount and special offers) from blomus.com, unless otherwise stated.

 

Certain items and/or series may be excluded due to supply shortages or availability.

 

The publication of all vouchers in print or digital media is prohibited.

 

 

 

Coupon (as part of discount and special offers)

 

 

 

Usability

 

- Each coupon within the scope of a discount and special promotion can only be used and redeemed once.

 

- Only one coupon can be used per order as part of a discount and special promotion.

 

- Only one coupon can be redeemed per customer per purchase.

 

- A combination with other coupons / vouchers is not possible.

 

- A cash payment or a retroactive crediting to orders already placed with coupons is not possible.

 

- Coupons can only be used on blomusnext.galloverde.de for the products offered there.

 

- The resale of coupons is not permitted.

 

- Coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account.

 

- Coupons cannot be offset against shipping costs.

 

- If the purchase total in the shopping basket is less than the value of the coupon, the remaining amount will be forfeited.

 

- Coupons cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers.

 

 

 

Validity

 

Coupons within the scope of a discount and special promotion expire according to the promotion period stated and communicated in the webshop blomus.com as well as in the newsletter and can only be redeemed during this limited period.

 

 

 

Minimum order value

 

The minimum order value when redeeming coupons within the scope of a discount and special promotion may vary and depend on the respective promotion.

 

 

 

Returning items

 

If you exercise your right to return an item, the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the coupon.

If, contrary to expectations, there is a problem with a coupon, please contact us by email: support@blomus.com. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, important details include: Your customer number, the coupon code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.

Vouchers (purchase and gift vouchers) can only be redeemed for a limited period of time. Vouchers lose their validity at the end of the third year (on 31.12. of a year) after purchase.

 

 

 

Return of items

 

If you exercise your right of return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded.

 

 

 

Purchase and gift vouchers

 

Vouchers, if offered in the shop, can be purchased in the same way as normal items. As soon as you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after a successful order, you will receive your voucher code with the order confirmation. After completing the order, you can also download the voucher as a pdf.

 

 

 

Shopping with vouchers

 

As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. During the order process you have the possibility to redeem your credit. If the credit is less than the value of the goods, you must choose your preferred method of payment for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit is of course available for your next order. (Prerequisite for this is an existing customer account at blomus.com. If you do not have a customer account, the remaining credit will be sent to you by e-mail as a voucher after you have placed your order).
